Well, today was a treat. It's unusual to see eagle rays this late in the season, but we've had some rough weather recently that has brought some cooler water back into Grace Bay. I was lucky enough to swim with three in formation this morning at Coral Gardens: Ethel and Enid (who has done some growing since I last saw her!), both of whom were last seen at Smith's Reef in late February, and a new male ray. He has very distinctive markings on his wingtips, and has been named Elmo by my daughter.
